Enerjisa Enerji Technology and Impact Center has already trained 750 university students in innovation and entrepreneurship, reflecting the company’s commitment to leading progress in the industry. Part of the Sabancı Youth Mobilization initiative launched by Sabancı Group, the center aims to transform brain drain into brain power by providing young people access to innovation and technology.
Located in the digitally equipped and interactive Energy Tunnel at the Ankara Söğütözü Customer Service Center, the Enerjisa Enerji Technology and Impact Center serves as a platform where university students can explore the energy sector and develop their entrepreneurial projects.
Sabancı Youth Mobilization: Inspiring Innovation and Entrepreneurship
The Sabancı Youth Mobilization initiative was launched by Sabancı Group to reveal the innovation and entrepreneurship potential of university students. Enerjisa Enerji, a significant contributor to this initiative, has spearheaded transformative projects focusing on digital transformation and innovative practices in the energy sector. By bringing together 750 students from 88 universities, the program has created a large-scale learning and development journey, with plans to expand further through 2025.
This initiative seeks to empower youth and address the pressing issue of brain drain by converting it into a reservoir of brain power. Its ultimate goal is to raise awareness of career opportunities in the energy sector while encouraging young talents to realize their potential within the country.
Throughout 2024, the program organized seven different sessions that covered topics such as the fundamentals of entrepreneurship, trends in the energy sector, and digital transformation solutions. The training content focused on customer-centric approaches, design thinking, and open innovation strategies, laying the groundwork for a robust entrepreneurial ecosystem. Topics like generative AI, e-mobility, and sustainable energy technologies were also discussed, emphasizing the role of innovation in driving economic growth, opening new markets, and creating employment opportunities.
A New Vision for Söğütözü Customer Service Center
Enerjisa Enerji’s Söğütözü Customer Service Center in Ankara was transformed last year into the Enerjisa Enerji Technology and Impact Center, featuring a modern and innovative design. The center, which prioritizes sustainability, has become a platform where young people can gain inspiration, engage with the energy sector, and develop their projects. Unique features such as the energy tunnel enhance the center’s appeal as a hub for innovation and entrepreneurship.

Enerjisa Enerji CEO Murat Pınar highlighted the importance of harnessing the potential of young people in Turkey during a gathering of university students:

The İVME Program accelerates sectoral innovation in areas like renewable energy storage, smart grids, and e-mobility by offering opportunities for scaling, growth, and commercialization of innovative ventures. The NAR Program focuses on transforming creative ideas developed by Enerjisa employees into funded and marketable projects. Over ten successful initiatives have been supported so far, adding value to the entrepreneurial ecosystem with financial backing, mentorship, and collaboration opportunities.
