The villa, situated in Dubai’s Arabian Ranches III area, stands as a testament to Emaar’s commitment to innovation, design excellence, and sustainability. Hindered by the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, the reveal of this hidden gem was eagerly awaited since 2019.
Emaar’s net asset value, hovering around 40 billion USD, underscores its status as a real estate giant, known for timely delivery and groundbreaking designs. The 3D printed villa aligns seamlessly with Dubai’s ‘Smart City’ vision, contributing to the city’s goal of having 25% of all construction projects 3D printed by 2030.
